Have you found faculty are resistance to teaching online? If so, have you done any research (formal or informal) about why this is?

I will be researching faculty transition and resistance to blended learning at the end of 2008. The results should be available by the summer of 2009. I will post my findings for everyone to see.

I’ve gone and talked to professors who are resistant to on-line teaching tools.
By listening and validating why they didn’t like on-line learning I think they were more encouraged to use it afterwards
