How does your institution view your online courses in terms of your course load (is it in load?) and tenure/promotion? Also, are you paid an extra stipend or given time off to develop existing onsite courses in an online structure?

At UNC -CH this is all figured out be the individual School/department. There is no uniform way to handle this…
